What to expect at your first visit
Bring your claim number to the first visit. The assessment is 60 minutes; treatment starts the same visit. Reports are submitted directly to WCB on the cadence they require. If your claim is denied, we can support your appeal with clinical documentation.

Denials are appealable. Your therapist can support the appeal with clinical documentation. In the meantime, you can continue treatment under extended health benefits or self-pay; if the appeal succeeds, WCB typically backdates coverage.
How quickly can I get a WCB physio appointment?
